The Workagile Guarantee


The products supplied by Workagile are structurally guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase. This covers against faulty materials or workmanship. During this period items will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge, provided that:

  1. the product is returned to Workagile with evidence of the purchase date in accordance with the claims procedure outlined below;
  2. the product has been purchased by the user and not used for hire purposes;
  3. the product has not been misused or handled carelessly; and
  4. repairs have not been made or attempted other than by our service staff.

EXCEPTIONS. The terms of guarantee differ, as detailed below, for the following products or components: Fabrics:

Warranty that covers the fabric varies depending on the fabric manufacturer. Workagile are bound by the fabric manufacturer’s guarantees and are therefore not necessarily responsible for issues with the fabrics.

Please also be aware that:

• Any guarantee will not apply to fabrics that have not been properly cared for or that have been damaged as a result of accidents, soiling, fading or color transmission from clothing (e.g. jeans).

• Improper cleaning will invalidate the guarantee.
• Guarantee does not apply to fabrics showing “crisp-and-craze” effect or stickiness on vinyl fabrics. Fabric manufacturers

claim that these effects are usually the result of improper cleaning methods.

MAKING A CLAIM. Contact Workagile by Phone on (248) 340-3781, sending an e mail to inquiries@work-agile.com, or in writing to Customer Care Department, Workagile, 2149 Avon Industrial Dr, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 as soon as the damage has occurred.

GENERAL TERMS. This Guarantee applies to all goods purchased from Workagile within the U.S.A. and on condition that any claim is made within the period of the Guarantee and no later. This Guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage, wear and tear or damage or any damage resulting from abuse or improper use. You have statutory rights in relation to the product. This Guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are unsure whether you are still within warranty, please still get in touch with us as we do offer an After Sales service that offers assistance to our customers should they experience any issues within or outside of the warranty period.
